EPOXY COATING
BRUSH COATING™ SYSTEM
The most flexible trenchless (no-dig) pipeline repair system.
Renovate old or deteriorated drains and sewers from 32mm to 300mm diameter with the Picote Brush Coating™ System.
The coating applied provides a damp-proof, wear-resistant and non-corrosive lining. Several coats can be applied within the same pipe.
PICOTE 100% SOLIDS EPOXY
The Picote 100% Solids Epoxy 2-part solution is ASTM and NSF/61 certified.
The lock and load cartridges work with our Picote Smart Mixer to offer a mess-free solution.
For improved quality control we use a unique dual colour system. Depending on the pipe we choose either white or grey for the first coat and then the other colour for the second coat, alternating depending on the number of coats. This makes it simple to visually verify any spots that have been missed.

POINT REPAIR
Recommended for damaged sewer pipes, where pieces of the pipe are missing and where structural strength is needed.
The method uses a piece of liner (patch) that is layered with a special resin, which is wrapped around an inflatable packer and pushed into the pipe towards the damaged area where it bonds with the inside of the pipe and hardens.
TIP: Renovate entire piping systems for example apartments or blocks of flats with minimal disruption, avoiding costly excavation.

LINING
Recommended for larger scale projects where relining the entire length of a pipeline is needed.
This ‘trenchless’ pipe replacement method involves inserting a liner layered internally with a special resin.
Once inside the pipe, the liner is turned inside out and forced through using air pressure. Then is pushed to bond with the interior of the pipe until the resin is hardened.
Can be applied to pipes from 50mm to 700mm.
